SO today was little man's one month birthday! This past weekend his dad came to visit, and we bought him the Fisher Price Rainforest Swing so I was determined to put it together for Jayden to use today! Of course this would take Jayden wanting to nap...

He put on a new Classic Winnie the Pooh outfit and was ready to roll for the day. We played went for a walk, did regular mommy and me things, and finally he napped! Time to put the swing together. It wasn't as easy as I thought, especially since I don't know where they keep the screw drivers, so thank goodness for scissors, lol.

The best part of it all, when I finally put it together, he liked it! and even better, he took his evening nap in it. I can sense, the swing to be my favorite baby gear!

Happy 1 Month Birthday!!

ok, so his birthday is tomorrow, but since his daddy could come over the weekend, we celebrated thanks to my mo who invited us to lunch and bought cup cakes. It was cute, I had fun, I like getting together with my family and sharing special moments, I love how since Jayden's been here, we all seem to get together more and just share happy times.
Back to his birthday. We went to Quizno's (i had the best chipotle chicken salad) and we had cupcakes, he had a little elmo cupcake. Very appropriate as elmo, was wearing a diaper, lol.
Jayden hung out and took his nap the whole time. I guess I shouldn't take this for granted, because soon his birthday's will include him getting cake EVERYWHERE! So for now I'm content with my gordo sleeping but not being sad for his birthday.
I'm glad Keith could come and share a special day with Jayden!

I'm normally not the type of person to celebrate everymonth anniversaries and even annual birthay, but with Jayden its different... His one month birthday is coming up and I'm excited to celebrate it with him. I guess I just want him to always know he's loved and my wish is for him to be the happiest child in the worl as much as I can help it!

and his daddy's comming!
